Our Story

Sam & jaime kapu

With nearly 30 years of ministry experience Pastors Sam & Jaime Kapu, have been used by God in so many ways, from a church plant in Torrence, Ca. to serving as leaders in various churches in Hawaii like New Hope Oahu under Pastor Wayne Cordiero. The call to plant happened in 2013, a church that was birthed out of New Hope Manoa campus. Since then, this ministry has touched manyh in Hawai’i and it’s people to Native american ministries throughout Arizona, california and Montana, as well as Indonesia and the Philippines, and now recently through ministers under Voyager, Palau, and Japan. Pastor Sam and Jaime have been married nearly 30 years and have 4 children and 3 grandchildren, and are currently re-building our ministry here in Pauoa valley Oahu, Hawaii. Our joy is to serve the people of Hawai’i and to bridge the gap of culture and faith, through the truth of the Gospel, and to share the “Spirit of Aloha” with the world.
